2. Acceptable Use
You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt platform operations, or violate applicable financial, privacy, and cybersecurity regulations.
3. Customer Data
Customer data remains owned by the customer or data controller. MXEliteCentric processes data solely to provide platform services and support obligations.
4. Integrations & Third Parties
Third-party integrations are subject to provider availability and terms. MXEliteCentric is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or contract limits imposed by external providers.
5. Warranties & Liability
The platform is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. Liability limitations and indemnity obligations are governed by the applicable master agreement.
